There are two ways you can access the island of Spetses. By sea and by land. From Piraeus Port, Hellenic Sea Ways Flying Dolphins from Pireaus Port Hellenic Seaways Flying Cats and Aero Highspeeds departure. The duration of the route is about 2,5 to 3 hours, while you can book your tickets directly through our hotel. If you arrive in Athens by plane you can take X96 bus or the Suburban Railway to the port. If you are by car, you can reach Kosta, the southest coast of Argolida Prefecture, right across the island of Spetses. From Attiki Odos, you head towards Korinthos (E94) and end up on the National Road 8 (Athens – Korinthos).
You stay on this route to Korinthos and exit the National Road on the Ancient Epidavros exit. After you pass by Kranidi and Porto Heli you finally reach Kosta, after approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. From Kosta you can reach Spetses by ferryboat in 15 minutes, or by a boat or sea taxi in just 8 minutes. Since vehicles are not permitted on the island, you can park yours safely at Kosta.
